How many times per week do you recommend training?

As often as you can.

For our Youth members we definitely recommend training at least twice (2x) per week. For two reasons… The more your kids train the more confident they become (with the techniques as well as with their ability to do anything). Plus coming twice a week will keep your kids steadily progressing through the belts and the more progress the kids see, the more enthusiastic and dedicated they become.

For our Adult members we recommend training whenever you can. We realize that you have a lot of personal and work demands that take up much of your time. So we’ve scheduled as many adult classes as possible at different times and different days. That way you can come whenever you have free time.

What does your monthly price include?
Pretty much everything. Your monthly fee includes…

  • Unlimited classes. Train when you can and as often as you want. We DO NOT hold you to class days/times.
  • Your first Gi (uniform), Martial Arts Studio t-shirt, student manual, flip flops, and more.
  • All special events including Parent Only parties… Easter Egg Hunt… Annual Picnic… and much more.

We DO NOT charge belt fees… testing fees… or stripe fees.
